Our сlient – foreign Trade Production Сorporation successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is seeking a specialist on the position Senior Brand Manager in Kiev.

The main responsibilities:

- To provide appropriate input at individual brand level (and where relevant category) into the commercial and category planning process to achieve brand visions and commercial objectives
- Develop marketing plans, which generate value growth of our products in Ukraine;
- Develop adequate marketing-mix tactics and strategies in order to reach the brand objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate communication strategies, and manage the communication development process
- Gain knowledge of the consumers, the customer, the competition, the trade structure of the Company and use it for developing strategies and commercial plans.
- Develop an effective communication network with functions key to the delivery of the plan (other categories, sales, factories, TAG, PTC, supply chain, external agencies)
- Identify and prepare relevant innovation*renovation initiatives in support of category and brand strategies.
- Monitor the PFME budget, insuring financial brand’s objectives are met.
- Monitor constantly the sales results on national level taking into account brands’ regional and trade channel sales performance as a base for identifying needs for corrective actions to be taken.

The main recuirements:
- University degree
- 3-4 years experience in marketing functions
- Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns and ability for innovation
- Experience in Brand management
- Excellent management, organization and coordination skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Speaks and writes perfectly Russian, Ukrainian & English
- Excellent computer skills
